What browser are you using? Sometimes Firefox and Internet Explorer 'stop' downloading the gif, halfway through it... so it doesn't move. Refresh and see if that works?

Using IE6. It's prolly a side-effect of ZoneAlarm being installed or summat.

although in IE they do stop once you've clicked on one, as the browser thinks you cliked a link and gets ready for the next page, that never comes

EDIT: after closer investigation it would appear that I am wrong, as far as this forums goes, but it works on some others
