Small question to Mercs

1. Can Dirty tricks be resisted?

2. Does it last for 10 or 15 seconds?

It can be resisted, the chance-to-proc lasts 30secs on the merc and when it procs on someone it lasts 10 secs on them.

edit: afaik it can't be purged, though

Ahhhh so that's how it works, I thought you just cast it on someone and they get the 50% fumble rate! Thanks for the correction

It used to be like that, yeah. It was also resisted a lot more and on a 30min timer, it's now on 7mins
