Yes thanks for telling what I knew you tool, my point being it was a new feature added to version 2.41 thus the main disadvantage it had compard to K/M has now gone

All Kazaa have to do is state on their website that it's illegal for people there to d/l the software.

The bloke who runs Kazaa and Morpheus is Dutch. He runs it from Dutchland. I guess he could run it from a different country but maybe he's not keen on the commute.

Well there's no servers as such afaik, so it isn't actually run from "anywhere".
