Sleep Headaches

Does anyone else get a headache when they sleep too much?

Yeah if i go for 12 or more usually, i think its mainly dehydration.

Anything over about 8 hours gives me one so at the weekends when i wake up (always wake up 2 or 3 minutes befor the alarm clock normaly goes off) i take a slash and then drink some water and go back to bed. Then I'm normally fine if i over sleep.

Yeah, happened to me as recent as today. Fix: water, sugar and coffee

yeah i find it annoying as hell as i want to lie in on the weekend but when i do i get a migrane so it isnt enjoyable at all

I think i am going to try the get up drink water and back to bed thing next week

I stopped about 2 weeks ago. I twitch violently while I sleep, found out the bad way. Twitched, kicked my table, made glass jump and land over me. Pint of ice-cold water at 6am != fun.

i get that when im drinking as well. maybe i am drinking every night? damnit my memory isnt all that good anymore, must be all that drinking i do every night

I keep a plastic water bottle next to the bed eversince i heard this woman say she went for her glass of water in the night and drank it and there was a dead moth inside.

A girl I used to go out with kept bottles of water by her bed, but she would never finish the bottles and keep getting new ones. At one point I think there were about 8 bottles, one night I managed to knock about 5 of them off whilst I was asleep...the noise managed to wake both of us up so got some middle of the night sex

I think almost everyone gets them tbh. Same as Chronic for me though, I would LOVE to just get headaches. Anyone ever had a hangover Migraine? THAT made me stop getting drunk! Well, that and the fact that one night I got so pissed that I puked every 123 steps (I counted after the first 2 times) during a 2 mile walk home.
