I know I'm gonna get cut up about mentioning this :D

Since the last Star Trek Voyager episode got a topic I thought I ought to mention that the new Series of Enterprise starts on Monday (8pm).

Thats for the people who haven't been downloading the episodes. :)

So the people who might want to know now know

And the people who didn't want to know now know :flame:

Even better news, the series starts running again on the 23rd in the states.

Get to see the rest of the series. Hopefully it will improve some in the final 4 episodes. The final ep of the series should be good, they mostly are..

In general though the series ain't been too great, out of 10 episodes iv'e watched, about 2 or maybe 3 standout as something better than average.

Cool theme tune though, unlike the many, i realy like it:)

Argh! The forums have been invaded by geeks! Oh, wait... still, how can anyone get that excited about a TV show? It's all shite, trust me.

That makes two of us Kurt. I quite like it too, far better than the orchestral scores to previous Trek series.

And Enterprise starts off great, then reduces in quality to average TNG episode quality, which while watchable and entertaining, isn't what it could be.

I shall watch enterprise, as it apparently does away with all this Prim Directive pap, and goes back "That planet looks cool, let's go there". Plus it has Dr Sam Beckett in it. How can it go wrong? :)

It goes wrong when they start repeating the same storyline over again, this happens atleast 3 times in the first 10 eps.

Plus the main players in the show are weak, the doctor isn't daring in the way the others were in the other shows, the weps officer is also unintresting, same with the cheif engi.

The only Bridge officers of any note are t'pol and the captain.

The rest are just boring, and are very unintresting.

Thats bad news when you have weak scripts.

Enterprise has many of them.

Breaking the ice is prolly my fav of the lot, but thats not saying much.

Yeah, but the characters have been weak in the first season of every Star Trek series. Give 'em time. They'll be okay.

Found this and reminisced
Theorizing that one could time travel within his own lifetime, Doctor Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator... and vanished. He awoke to find himself trapped in the past facing mirror images that were not his own and driven by an unknown force to change history for the better. His only guide on this journey is Al, an observer from his own time who appears in the form of a hologram that only Sam can see and hear. And so Doctor Beckett finds himself leaping from life to life, striving to put right what once went wrong and hoping each time that his next leap... will be the leap home.
Though they cut a chuck of that our for later seasons.

NEEEEEEEEEERD!!!¬!!"211!!!

The ship in the orignal ST:TNG/DS9/Voy timeline was destroyed 4months into its voyage, and seing as they had done nothing major there has never been a need to recognise it :)
