Mine has stopped working

"No satellite signal is being received"

Hmm, wonder if my dish moved in the wind ? It looks to be in the same position to me though :/

I've tried unplugging it from the mains to no effect.

Any ideas ?

Call Sky or check the wire running from the dish to the box.

Call SKY, had a similar prob last year. Went through all the 'shite' with the customer services guy. And eventually came to the conclusion to send someone out. The engineer re-aligned the dish, sorted. But to get that you gotta call em...

go into your services and check your signal strength

if your not getting any signal i suggest a ladder, a screwdriver and someone to help shout out when the signal gets stronger or not because calling them out will cost 50 quid! (once happened to me when a hired window painter knocked the damn thing)

Yeh, checked the wires. Made no difference. Tried calling Sky.

My guess is the wind has moved it m8, i used 2 install sky digital and it was the most common problem this time of year,it may not look like its moved but it dont take much 2 fuck the signal up, especially if it was fitted in a hurry by a cowboy(me)
