Skills that dont work

Hey all

Ive rerolled a White lion and i got to the point where i get Pounce.
But alas i pounce but i do no dmg at all.

Ive tested it all day and not once have i got it to do any dmg.
Ive tested it pve and pvp .

Anyone else having probs with the skill and are there other skills that dont work for people ?

afaik it dmgs only when you jump and not when you land
