Axe or Hammer that is the question! and how much do I put into either of those?

I liked 50 Sword 43 BS most for the group
But for solo i enjoyed 34 Hammer, 50 BS and rest parry

But was before the ml10 upgrades and i've tried the 2h blade on hib and i though it sucked compared to the Hammer that withers armor and procs 150 dd proc.

So i may agree in 44 hammer and 50 BS

That's correct! After skalds got some loving, 50 BS is finally worth it.
With hammer, you get all you need at 39 spec. Side/back snare. Followup stun on side snare. Parry stun chain. High damage anytime.

yep that's correct. I run that and the 21 or so parry really makes a huge difference. your dmg does not change much and because it's easier to get off the stun, you do better in fights

You get 18 parry but with moparry 2 and a greater parry myth its possible to parry a decent amount
