Id cap carisma.. dont think +bs does much for the damage (if it follows the same principles as champ dd damage). Dunno about mezzresists etc.. might be wort to have 50bs for that
cap charisma that increases dmg , the lvl increases chance of it not being resisted afaik , atm im 50bs 43axe 2 parry , i want more style dmg output on NF though so with free respec im going 46bs 47axe 5 parry , which keeps top dmg add and increases my axe lvl to a much more respectable melee class lvl.
Imo if you're 44+ BS get as much char as you can, if you're 50 weapon it might be better to up your +str cap, qui, melee dmg or somth like that instead.
Do not ever go 50 bs. 46 should be more than enough. Maybe 47, but that will leave you with little to no parry. So, 46/47 weapon/bs should suit you quite good, or 44/47/parry would also be quite good.

+Battlesongs is almost useless, better waste sc points with charisma and forget +bs.
Also +dex won't do much (only increase a bit ur parry/evade etc.. but with 2spec in parry or so.. ^^), so rather go for str/con/char/quick.
Depends if you plan on soloing really, but soloing skald is an exercise in frustration so...
If you're gonna play in a group then ofc you don't need parry or dex. I'd prolly go 47/46 cos the last dmg add will improve your dps more than 2 extra in hammer
or 50sword if you're a twoll mayhaps
p.s dont ever put anything +bs in your template...
p.p.s outright resists are solely (level 50 vs level 50 chars) based on spell level, although in NF MoFocus will artificially increase your spell's level for the purpose of reducing resists.
