single line respec stone

well topic says it, but i would like some help to who i give the stone, cause it none of the 2 npc there is for realm repecs stones or full respec stones, so if anyone know who they should be given to, plz post it, and no i should not give it to you plz just tell me the name of the npc and where to find him, it would make my day

Item changes in the epic dungeons

- Monsters in Caer Sidi, Tuscaran Glacier and Galladoria now have a chance at dropping a single line respec stone. Note that non boss monsters have a significantly different drop rate than named boss monsters. These stones can be turned in to the following NPC's:

Albion: Mae Oswy - Humberton Castle
Midgard: Hjortr - Vasudheim
Hibernia: Ita - Mag Mell
