I'm sure he has and the shows popularity is most likely the reason for the award, still it does come down to a commitee and as such, few peoples opinion.

Say if 3/5 of the jury thought SC is a cock and based vote on that, wouldn't be seeing a trophy for him and the reasons would likely be "Not enough bullshit bullshit, with mumbojumbo being a better one."

I have respect for his business and PR abilities, and he can be quiet funny. But he does not deserve the BAFTA for the reasons stated. They should just be honest and say, he's successfully milked the zero - star reality format and so we want to give him a prize.
