No. As smiter you need to have +smite/reju/enh as well (or at least items with +enh) if you don't have bb. I know you have bb, so forget enh. You need to have 47 (minor base heal) or 46 (major base heal) with RR and item bonus if you want to use those heals on maximum effect.

Some points in enh actually improve your buffs if your enh is low. Atm my smiter template contains +18 in enh and the last +4 means 6 points in dex for example.

Unfortunatly to make a good smiter/reju template with the must have items in it is impossible. Power pool, healing bonus, acu, dex cap, range, damage bonus, decent resists and +reju/smite... One of the reason why will I respec soon.

i did this in less that 2 smashing pumpkins songs, so it's nowhere near perfect. medicore powerpool only as one of the flaws imo (dont mind the hib stats, piety instead of empathy and cleric skills instead ) used some of the items i suggested and swapped a few as well.

by "same" i guess you didn't include healing ;>. healing will take alot of your time, so shear/interupt will have 2nd tie when in combat. i got a shaman as well, and a nurt druid, and i dont belive it will be all the same

Am currently 41 rej 35 enh and can still shear like mad, only thing I don't have is the spec d/q str/con shear but int and base dex works just fine also in combination with Band of Stars level 10 charge can totally kill someone's damage output or casting speed.
900+ hp heals on a 2.1 sec casting timer > all for me anyway

5% of powerpool yep. So how much pow you get is depending on your own powerpool. So even if you got no +powerpool/cap or 75% powerpool, you'll still get pow just as fast.

Getting 36 back atm (have 26% +24 acu, tho +acu not capped yet, cause sc not rdy). My pp is 720 then. Counting with 25% (easier) - so my base pool without pp bonus is 720*0.8 = 576. So between +25% and +35% there is only 57.6 pps difference (or 60 if count the capped acu, will test the exact numbers with +acu) what is bullsh!t. Really doesnt worth the work and money imo.

Made a little test with KB.

1st took all the equip off and put a FoP down.
Got back 21 power points with every tick (had 115 piety) = 420 power points.

2nd put on some items so got +75 piety (190 now) and got 27 power points with every tick = 540 power points.

3rd unfortunatly I don't have items with +acu cap without power pool bonus on them, so couldnt check +100 piety without power pool bonus. But, after I put all my items back, I got 216 piety (+101) and 26% power point bonus. Now got back 36 power point with every tick = 720 power points. (75 piety = 120 point, so a bit over 1.5 point/pie, with the +26 acu cap its ~+40).

So without power pool bonus the usage of the acu cap would mean 40/580 = 6.9%.
