Hi guys

I just spoke to DBs a little while ago. Apparently there's a way to get around the signature line limit using VB code (I don't think I better post how ). If you look in your profile options, you'll see a character limit option which isn't yet live. Unfortunately, if you limit the character length of a signature which has VB code in, then there's a chance the closing tags will be omitted, which then screws up the formatting for the rest of the page. Rest assured, though, DBs is on the case

Jonty doesn't know it yet but he is gonna write me a little parser that I can say:

Leave this tags in and remove these tags so I can decide which ones to allow in the signatures like urls or bold etc.

I can see at least 10 lines in Nibblers sig and I set my limit to 5 lines...

It's actually just one line, Dys. Your IE is wordwraping it round to accomodate the size of the window.

Oo a war! Well you should see some of the sigs now with vb disabled

On a side note why isn't there just a Sig line limit on all accounts if this problem is so catastrophic? Maybe that'll stop people to listing every toon they have.

There is a sig line limit (which you can set yourself) but they added something else which has messed the VB code up
