Signature formatting query

I'm returning to DAoC and FH after some time away, and I noticed that the formatting on my signature has gone.

When I went into my CP to check it, I no longer have the option to use HTML on my signature.

Can you tell me why?

You've never been able to use HTML.

Fonts/colours are probably disabled to save our poor eyesight from awful text - just try and make something half decent without using Comic Sans...

Did you know, all the memo's in hell are written in comic sans.
