[HELP] Sigmars Hammer Problem

When you goto the Guild Ranks area (on the Guild Tab) we have the following;

GM
Officer
nothing
nothing
nothing
nothing
nothing
Members
Initiates

I am an officer and have every box ticked regarding permissions (there's a couple that can only be ticked for GM but thats not important for this issue).
When I go to Altdorf and enter Sigmars Hammer I can see the merchants. However when I go to the room near the Flight Master I get an odd message.

"You can only go here if you are a GM/Officer of a Rank 15 guild".

Our guild is rank 15.5 and I'm an officer...so whats going on?

Last i checked it told me rank 16 guild..but thats 2 days now or so

That's what I originally read, but then after a patch or two it said lvl 15 so I was unsure if changes had been made. Maybe its an error on the message it displays lol.

My guild has been guild rank 16 for weeks now,currently 19, and I am an officer but still can't enter that room nor can any other officer or guild leader either,another bug to add to the list

Entered the room as guild leader however its empty so no point in trying to access it :<

I'm an officer and can go in there at guild rank 16. I couldn't at rank 15 though.

gives you extra rest xp but it's meant to be a quiet place for guild leaders to discuss the realm war or some such.

Yep, guild hit 16 and i could enter there. Nothing in there like everyone said, but if you get extra rested xp thats nice.

Level 39 at the moment and I've finally remembered to use my CE 15% bonus xp reward.
