The fact is that this guy jumped out and accosted these 2 girls which he has absolutely no right to do, so having a blanket idea that a bloke waving his cock about isn't a problem is really fucking ridiculous mate.
Your comment is typical of a 15/16 year old boy such as yourself, and as far as you're concerned if it happened to you then it might not have been such a big deal. But it didnt happen to you did it. It happened to 2 young girls who you have no knowledge about at all, so who the fuck are you to say its not a problem?
And have you even spared a thought as to the sort of mind that would even want to get his cock out in front of young girls? Not strike you as even mildly dangerous? What if it been a knife and the back of his car instead?
To finish my tirade, how these 2 girls are affected by this incident is neither any of your business nor is it your place to pass comment on the effects of something that you really know absolutely fuck all about. To be fair, id just concentrate on checking the kids were ok/cool with it now, and it hasnt really affected them. Keep your worry on that aspect, if it really has bothered them, try to help with that, if not, dont worry for the moment. Idiots like that end up getting caught in the end due to the stupidity of what theyre doing, (i work doing forensics for a few police forces, and whilst its a harder one to initially track, eventually, provided its not a single one off, will just be caught out, one way or another). As i say, forget the revenge aspect, they clearly have problems, check the kids are cool etc, and sort that side of it. After that, you just have to let things take their course, either the weirdo could be sensible and stop it for good, or carry on, and end up being caught in the end. Either way, for you, check the kids are fine, and leave the rest, not much more you can do than keeping an eye out...and how would you tell, bar witnessing it! Its a shitter mate, but as i say, check the kids are ok, and thats the priority, after that, not a huge amount you can really do.
