I'm having a problem getting 2 Si accounts working. I'm getting an error telling me I dont have 512mb of ram, but I do. When i boot up my pc it tells me i have 512ram and 16mb of it is being used as shared memory, if i right click on my computer and bring it properties it tells me I have 496 ram, so whats this 16mb of ram being used on as shared? and is their a way to disable it doing that?

Sounds to me like 16 meg is being used up by onboard VGA.
Assuming you use an agp card i'd check in your bios and look for an options to disable the device or set its shared memory to 0.
