Should we abolish the 'best before' date OR allow out of date items to be sold?

Month old bread would be stale as shit Toht unless it was frozen.

Nah, white bread, ciapatta or something, month over the "best by" date.

Can't say it had any mold on it, don't ask me.

Some things for some reasons just don't go that bad.

Most likely has some sourdough like qualities, i doubt a normal toastie would survive a month.
