Should i return?

I have been out of the game for a few months, and now some friends of mine have returned, and im wondering if I should return aswell. Im basicly only going to go out in the frontiers, (im not much of a pve guy), and when im rvr'ing i often solo\duo\trio with my mincer and theurgist..

So i wonder how the solo\small grp rvr state is atm, and if you think i should return or not

mostly FGvFG from what i have have been doing lately havent played stealther lately but more alb grps are taking mincer if your grp friendly speced with your RA's
