When i was younger i went out each wens, thur, fri, sat, for about 5 years time. Thats about 1000 nights on the town as far as i can count it
Bout 5% I was assaulted by guys who "wanted" to test themselves. Being 180cm, 130kg, shaved head. So after tonight when a short man assaulted me i decided to go thru all thoose police reports (51) and none of my assailants has ever been over 175cm. "once i got to court, because guy manage to kick a cop during his assault, while holding a baseball bat".

Been about 10 years since i was "aggroed" after a pub visit. So felt kind a strange tonight, and being bored i decided to go thur my "reports"

So is small men, generally more agressive when drunk, than "normal" men?

Now, i've never pushed anyone in my life, neither kicked, hit, etc, not even a nudge and maybe twice raised my voice to someone.

Even when attacked by a drunk moron, i got thrown to the ground and didn't even try to fight back.

When i'm drunk, even wasted, i'm the same(bit more silly).

So i don't think it's necessarily true.

Although, if a short guy lives a life of "ooh arh we are ze alpha male group", where his buds are aggressive etc, or even to some extent like that, then i thing they will become more aggressive due to lack in bulk. Survival thing i think. So in those cases, yeah, they are like smaller dogs.

I think you should question why you have a file of 51 police reports for assaults against you.

I've been out well over a 1000 times over 12 years or so and never been assaulted.

The problem I think clearly lies with you.

I've never been in a fight except for my martial arts lessons, although I do have a high temper when it comes to girls - especially if some prickassholemotherfucker hits on a girl i'm with.

besides that, I couldn't dream about provoking anyone.

I dont think i have ever had a fight in my life, i get pissed at people and get all shitty when i have walked away from them, and maybe punch the wall a bit, but i have never let myself get into a situation where it gets taken 'further'

I am a big lump and i have had more short people start on me than average people. My cousin is Scotland is a short guy and when he was 18 - 21 he got in loads of fights thinking he had to prove himself.

But saying that, I don't go to that many pubs / clubs these days

51 reports seems a lot. You were either the unluckiest guy and just happen to get assaulted regularly...or...and obviously this is pure speculation cos I don't know you from Adam... there's something about you that was either aggressive, provocative, or you mixed with the wrong crowd & one thing lead to another. If the first case, take some self-defence awareness classes. Or maybe avoid walking around dodgy areas in the small hours

I've often found short guys have attitude problems, having something to prove, yeah. But height is not really the issue you need to worry about

I'm 176 centimer.. so thats around 5"8? Have been going out for a long time, never got into a fight. Never had the feeling I had to prove anything. But all those North african guys who start fights are my height or smaller.. so you might be onto something.. on the other hand..

Well can add that 48 of the reports are from when i was working. Not worked in a pub/bar for 10 years now and had no problem. Could have written that from the start so it would have been a hole different context. me

But can ask you when is it ok to hit someone? Since sometimes its someone elses fault and not the guy who cant think of anything than using his fist.

In my eyes its only ok to hit if you are defending yourself, or helping someone else. But some guys are just out looking for fights and take a small bump, or a wrong look as an excuse to fight.
