Short Heretic teaser!

Going to take plenty of time to make a multi-pov video on alb, but for now I made a small teaser to show the heretic class in 8v8. It's 5 minutes long and 67 mb big. Both links are the same file, just different hosts. Codec = Xvid.

It's still a lot of experimenting and trying stuff, getting used to the class and so on. Yes, I suck at countering melee lag and strafing, so sue me, im working on it!

In case its confusing, the icons on my quickbar are:

qb1:
1 - single target focus dd, uninterruptible from range
2 - ae focus 60% snare, interruptible.
6 - insta 6s snare, have to stand still to use it (like wl chambers)

qb2:
5 - insta dot, have to stand still to use, last resort to interrupt
10 - tic rr5 ra, 75% magic damage reduction to all classes except mages in group

rest should be obvious

simple really: i think the class has huge potential in fg's, yet no groups use one. seemed like a nice challenge to me, and got very lucky to be able to play with BDC.

and no, i didnt start playing my heretic after knowing about haxen or watching his video. but yes, talking to him about the class always wanted to make me login and toa the damn thing already. with the patch inc it was fairly easy

hmmm, I've been running in groups for a while on my tic now, just that albs seem to only just be realising what a heretic can do in a group.

The problem seemed to be that when all of the catacombs classes came out, they were judged there and then at low realm rank. Heretics are just a hard class to play which is why they got a bad reputation early on and to a degree, albs 'still' don't know the class.

I still regularly get asked why I'm a tic instead of a reaver because of flex...normally peoples agruments are that 'cloth users shouldn't be tanks', 'tics levi isnt as good as a reavers' and 'tics don't get any good RAs'. Ignorance is a wonderful thing...

Almost nobody agrees on a 'best' alb setup, just because you ideal setup doesn't include certain classes doesn't mean such group won't perform equally or better.

732AF seems very very low, but I've noticed you've got yellow con UI focus as well as levi so you must be a different spec to me. No paralyze either

My tic, 34 crush, 42 rejuv 50 enc was getting quite a few groups at first, got to 4l2 with no trouble at all, Di2, inturrupting and monster rezzing i did fine, then all of a sudden class went into decline so i stripped mine and sold expensive items to toa another charecter lol

Edge has:

Sorc, Sorc, Caba, Caba, Cleric, Cleric, Theurg, Tic setup.

But due to problems the group has been out only once or twice :/
