+Shield Question

Howmuch % chance of blocking an attack gives +1 Shield? Both ranged and melee..

Like this:
+1 Parry = 0.5% Chance of blocking melee
+1 Shield = ???% Chance of blocking melee
+1 Shield = ???% Chance of blocking arrow/bolt

blocking works the same as parry in any blocking, +0.5% for each spec point. never really pondered about the blocking rate for arrows, but essentially u have the base chance of 5+0.5*spec points and then u have the bonuses against arrows added on, after all the other bonuses have been added on(ie. dex, mob, level etc).
