Sorry hate them like I hate snakes. Had a huge one in the sea with us when I was little, total paranoia set in. Also read an old book which described what they had in their stomachs and one that was caught had a whole suit of armour in it. Unfortunately can't remember what the book was called.

No offense to the soldier in question but i'm fairly sure that trying to swim in the sea wearing a full suit of armour, probably meant he was in a spot of bother before the shark turned up!

they are amazing, they are one of the most (imo) fascinating species on the planet and it sickens me how humans treat them, ok so sharks kill people...to eat them, they don't do horrible things to them just for profit

Sharks, as well as their goodie two shoe cousins, dolphins, are the epihany of evolution really.

While dolphins have gone for the love thy neighbour, smart and intellect way, sharks have become the ultimate hunter. I mean come on, grow new teeth? That's epic win
