On SP I can only get bronze on most (I got silver and gold on the first one). :(

I'm always crap at racing games, at least I had a good few games of retrieval on COD. Top game! :)

As a blatant bump, this game really rocks. I bought it and a joypad yesterday, and that was the end of my evening. Though I did need Louster to help me with the puzzle mode.

I want everyone to buy it so I can race against them on crazy tracks.:)

Everyone needs to buy and play this game. Back in the day this is the exact sort of game we would have jumped all over and shouted loudly about - it's an online racing game that you can play over a modem, and it's NOT COUNTERSTRIKE ffs.

Yeah, it's missing a dedicated server, but on balance this isn't a bad thing - it encourages more people to create their own maps, to test out new things (people have been making encouraging comments about the ransition I built into one of my maps) and to keep the game fresh.

It's also stupidly simple to play, and stupidly hard to master, something perfect for encouraging game longevity.

Multiplayer mode is simple to get running, a REALLY easy to use browser is built in to the game, and you can make your own tracks for people to play on in about 2 minutes flat.

The reward for learning how to play the game (ie the single player version) is the ability to buy and use ever more radical pieces in multiplayer, and since you can save the tracks and edit them later, you can share them.

The multiplayer version even supports tracklists, and with tracks averaging under 20k to download, everyone can join in.

The best £30 you;re likely to spend in a long time.

Plus! Free addons: http://www.news0r.com/index.php?p=1245!

I just went into GAME and bought it. I wanted it now, as opposed to a fiver cheaper next week.

Also, my girlfriend is away for a week. Perfect time to get some proper gaming in.:)
