whats the main purpose of a shaman in a balabced rvr group ?
and what spec should i go for ? 44 aug 31 cave for second ae root or 43 aug 27 cave 18 mend ?

39 cave 37 aug imo, your job is to root and disease... keep the seers/casters interrupted and keep the tanks of your group.

Endbuff, root, disease, DoT some ppl will be your main job yips, and as said above, 39 cave, 37 is the best RvR spec for shammy.
