the melee damage on necklace of clouds is vs. animal, undeads and humanoids only, and no players don't count as humanoids, so you'll only have 8% melee damage in rvr.

besides as a buffed SB you'll easily reach 340 dex, with capped dex on armour, but tests have shown that dex and quick does just about nothing to your evade past 300, so I guess you could drop dex off your crafted items in favour of something else, maybe better spirit resists

tamplate is good.. tho 3 things that i didnt like was:

calced with mainhand weapon ;>
to much qui
to much dex

could make it better by trying manual, as the autoSC calc program does gimp combos, 28stat = major imbue waste etc
other then what ppl already posted seems good
much courage on changing gloves and boots on every apply tho, i hated to do it with just 1 on my gorre inf xd
