Enchanters of Hibernia,
Severance are a fairly new RvR Guild that run two fixed groups every night between the hours of 21.30 and 00.00 GMT. The majority of the members are RR3-RR5. Our main objective is to have 2 ½ hours of fun RvR, whether it be 1fg vs 1fg fights, keep takes or helping out any fellow Hib in need. The two groups run in separate realms unless one of our groups is having trouble or we are involved in keep takes, etc.
Due to one of our members leaving, Severance are looking to recruit an RvR-experienced Mana Enchanter.
Essential Requirements to the position:
· To be able to commit to running with the Group from the times of 21.30 to 00.00 GMT every night. This is the most important requirement.
· Full mana specced, secondary spec not particularly important.
· The proficiency in using /assist, but also the confidence to break off /assist and target your own enemy if you feel it would benefit the group.
· The proficiency in using defensive and offensive (but mainly defensive) PBAOE.
· Good Sense of Humour.
Desirable Qualities:
· The ability to learn from Group mistakes and suggest and take on board constructive criticism in how the Group could improve in a future similar situation.
· The courage, after being terribly pwned by an enemy fg, to restrain from unplugging the modem cable, to brush yourself off and direct the resulting anger into a sworn debt of vengeance.
· The art of Mastery of Concentration and/or Brilliant Aura of Deflection.

Renumeration Package: 10k RP’s per night on average.
