Been pulling my hair the last few days trying to deside on a setup as we are rebuilding grp on 1 or 2 spots, and could use some fresh input. The setups ive been toying with are:

1: caster setup
warden
2 druids
bard
2 bains
eldy
BM

2:mixed
warden
2 druids
bard
bain
eldy
BM
? thinking about champ bm hero vwer vamp cant really deside.

What would ppl think worked best and why?

Ran for sometimes with

BM Warden
2x Druids
Bard
Light Eldie
BL Blademaster
BM Vw
Warlord Hero

Works!

Ran few times with

BM Warden
2x Druids
Bard
Light Eldie
Bain
BL Blademaster
Warlord Hero

Works as well!

Gonna run with

BM Warden
2x Druids
Bard
Light Eldie
2 x BL Blademaster
Warlord Hero

Ofc 1 st and 3rd setups can encounter some problems against heavy high rr caster extended groups
group 2 can be a nightmare against a 3 merc / zerk train (which are admiddetly few lately altho)

So guess it's all down to who u run with, bar some craptacular setups :)

Id consider changing the BM to a Vamp in the first setup. In such a castergroup, your Banelord is there to interrupt. And with a dementia spec, a vamp can take a lot of beating and still interrupt. Not to mention being ready to go after a res right away. (and as interrupter, they often get attacked first)

PWN PWN !!

Still think a light eld is better than a bainshee for a melee gank group in rvr, but it's just an opinion.

Ani's rocks, it's just a shame that no one gets it, so you hardly ever get invites to groups.

That 2 bainshee set-up looks really nice, lots of long range interrupts, ns, aoe, cc, debuffs, aoe damage for pet control, etc. Great for roaming or keep stuff.

Is cold damage really enough of a reason to use a light eld?

I would have thought nearsight, aoe disease etc were far more useful to a gank group.
