Setting Up a CS Server

Ok... heres the deal... I've been play CS for a long time and I've gotten fed up with all the crap out there and I want to set up my own server ... Yes i am new to this topic and I can't find anything out there that tells me exactly what I need to dom step by step .. I have loaded HL and updated to to ver 108 .. i also uploaded HLServer 4104 ( or somthing like that, the latest version) .. what next ... Do i load CSmod, or something else ... then what .. anything would be helpful .. i now I need admin mod and csGuard but I'm sure thin comes later .... ????

I went to that www .... It was helpful, but it really didnt go step by step, like I said I am new to the server thing .... what do I do next , do i have to install CS Mod or is there a cs server mod or what ... i dunno

No follow their step by step guide to setting up a CS server. ANy mods and plugins you want you will have to visit the website for and read the manuals.

TBH it doesnt sound like you have the knowledge (no offense) to setup and run a server, what kind of connect are you on?
