Anyone know what time (in GMT) they come back up? as i dont understand this Pacific time bs

As of 12.30 GMT they have been down 1 1/2 hrs, the webbs says 1.5 hrs (1 1/2 hrs?) will be the downtime.

So hopefully they will be back up soon
