servers fixed

thanks to natrat game.net server are running better than before now on ef2.

They no longer crash at the end of the map and to make things better strafe jumping is now enabled also speed put up so no longer slow!!!!!!!!!!!!

Any other suggestions plz add

huh? they kept crashing after each end of round and u would have to reconnect to get bk on them but its all ixed now
