Yep having the same problem having just quit to change characters can't get back in now.

same here - it keeps skipping from all servers down, to all up again, and if i try to log in i get that message...

As such nope, a mate paid for an extra 2 months so I could powerlevel him 2 characters from level 20-40. Seemed like a good deal as my buffed necro kills very fast and I wanted to get her to 50 anyway before I left. Looks like you are stuck with me till November
