How do I add a server or what do I do to become an admin, Im not sure if its called a server but I want to set up my own game in Counter strike and be the admin and Im clueless.

ASk yourself this do u have a good connection to the net? At least a t1. Running a server takes a good connection, running one of adsl/cable just aint going to support more than 4 players without lagging.
