I have just renewed my subs to daoc (again), this being the first time since the transfers started. Got the account up and running but after logging in i cant see the excalibur or dyvet servers on teh drop down list to select to play it. Im under the impression you have to log in on excal and run the /freexfer command to transfer your chars across.

But how on earth do you get on excalibur first? Have clicked the archived servesr box but it still dont appear there along with prwyden.

Unless they have taken the EU servers down for some technical reason. Will have to keep checking back, although this is play time lost and im already quite limited these days :/

During this downtime we will also be bringing the Camlann, Canterbury, Cumbria, Diera and Dyvet servers offline. During this maintenance we will be shutting down all zones aside from Housing zones, transitioning these servers into archived status. Characters logged off in disabled zones will find themselves returned to the Housing zone upon logging back in. At this time we anticipate that these archived servers will be back online no later than 3:30 PM EDT/1930 GMT.

Bloody marvellous not back on until 730pm tonight pahh ill spend all night now re arranging qbars and getting a housing spot gahh ty for info anyhow.

theres a post with a text file that u can save to a .bat file which will do ur qbars for u

in the general section thread mate,

easy as 1.2.3 ;>

oh and if u go on the herald on the the left hand links - housing directory - simply select ur server and find the empty lots

even easier!

Thanks for the link mate but ive not had daoc installed for about a 18 months, so dont have old qbar setup for it to follow. Besides server is now up but the transfers are still borked and are now stuck in housing. Only entertainment i can fine is to chase tels around Erikstaad market.
