Help Server File Search

At work we have serveral software suites that autosave every few mintues. This autosave file is the same size as the normal file and over a period of time, if good house keeping isnt applied the sever gets full.

Is there any way we can set an auto search up say every 2 weeks to search for a certain file extension and delete them?

If it's SQL, you have your maintenance plans type of jobs - you can set one up to delete files older than... x days.

The other solution would be this script, which you would deploy as a scheduled task on a repeat schedule at your own leisure/preference.
