Server access help...

I have booked a bookable server for a couple of hours for Quake3 Arena.
I need to know what to tell the other players, so they can get onto it.
Some are running Q3arena, (not team arena) and there doesnt seem to be a field to enter the password when specifying the server address.
Can someone tell me how this can be overcome?

Get the players to type "/password <password>" at the console.

New Problem...

Now theyre telling me that their console just flashes up for a matter of seconds before the game loads,, how do they get it to stay up so that they can type the p'word command into it?

Sorry for the hassle, lol

when the game is attempting to load the server, or at the main menu press the ` key to bring down the console.
