It is actually 18.5 inch and not 19 due to an error in the catalogue

also it comes with an EU kettle lead.

But other than those niggles its an awesome monitor for 80 quid!

I have never had a LCD before and have been using a 10.1 inch netbook screen for the last few months.

THIS....

Is incredible! my desktop is huge!

I went from a fat assed 17" piece of crap monitor to a 22" widescreen LCD jobbie and love it, everything just looks so much better!

Why not pay 20squids more and get a 22"? :D

Thought about it but

A: Cos it would be too big for my desk :p

B: im trying to save money

C: my eyes don't like massive monitors, even 18.5 is taking some getting used to

We all know WHY that monitor is at the end of your bed.

Point of view for win i'd say :D

Since we're talking about monitors; is there a reason why NOT get a monitor with built in speakers, IF you don't care for a "pristine sound ambience"?

Are there pitfalls etc?

Price, and pretty much price alone... build in speakers costs more then its worth. IMO.

My 17" tft screen works well, even though its old as hell... i have a 32" lcd tv with the same refresh rate wich feels wierd :p (8 ms)

Just bought a new Samsung 24inch tft monitor with 2ms, 220 £. It is fantastic. Massively more huge than the olé 19 incher.
