Pandemic is a fair and cheep armorcrafter that dont take out alot for his armors.
Hauberk: 5p 657g
This is how much his Torso costs "Crafted" without any magic on it.
The thing is that you can never get 1 MP chain torso as good as the Legion torso.
So i am gonna shut down the action cause of the low biddings.

You dont seem to understand the mechanics of an auction. Let me explain. Next time name a starting price and an amount with which to increment bids plus an end date and time. You might mention an instant buy price. In your case you could have started with min price 5P incr 200g instant buy 7P for example. Saves a lot of trouble..

Bear in mind that this torso has 40 imbue points whilst 100% qual crafted chain hauberk only has 32. So it's worth more than 7p imo.

2 extra to con and pie, and an extra 2%resist, worth 7 plat?

I dont need to set a time on my actions.
Why would i ?
I knew that i was gonna get a few low biddings and such
but after a few days and ppl dont even know how much its worth?
Dont think so.
It's still an action even if i dont say starting bid or end time,
i personally dont know what i would have sold it for @ the end,
but if ppl dont realise how much it's worth then i can end the action if i like and keep it myself.

It's not a flame But open-ended auctions are a pain in the arse. When can you expect an item you placed a bid on. The starting bid is to make clear to ppl what you are expecting for the item. The end-time has the added advantage of speeding up bids (number and amount).

it's not that good as it sounds
1st of all, dmg shield is really really crap proc
2nd, with more or less standart gear (bois, ribcages, wow belt etc) you will easily overcap your con

ps. and healer can cap everything using 99% gear (made SC for 3 healers so far, so i know what i'm talking about), what's the point in using such a gear?

First of all i dont belive you can cap "everything" with qual 99%.
Thats Cap on ALL resists cap on aug/mend/pac cap on hits/power/con/dex/piety etc etc.

If you can, PLZ show me that set and ill belive you.
Dought that you will be able to.

str/con/dex/pie/hits, all resists 25+ plus one line +11 (mend for 22 mend healers) can be capped pretty easy, using df bought items and spindel bracers (2x6% resists) <== done this, 99% gear with +4 overcharge
pac does nothing, +mend is needed ONLY if you heal with base heals (read: 22 mend 48 pac healers, already at 23 mend healers heal with spec heal).
+aug is nice but not really needed. you need it to be ~34 with items and rr. so maybe balanced healer (like 20 aug 32 mend 38 pac) can switch +mend for +aug

ps. hint, 37 aug 39 mend healer dosent need any +skill gear
