AFAIK Acc trading/selling on US servers is ok... if on ebay as long as they got that disclaimer thingy saying u only paying for time.. and not the actual right to "OWN" the digital character ingame" . if its against COC i dont think Mythic enforce it.

Dont know if its allowed on these forums tho. you'd have to ask a MOD

Yes its legal, although you have to pass over the safe word. However as Flim said in your thread, we've made a blanket decision on FH to now allow account sales.
