Basically, I'm pretty sure dex Doesn't effect 2h Thrust Weaponskill, so a high Str race is valid.

Are you gunna solo RvR with this Ogre or Group?

If your gunna group your have strong dex buffs right? This is just like Highlander Merc's specing thrust and only having a 30ish WS difference between them and Saracens after being buffed.
Thrust being the damage of Choice in RvR etc..
