Hello Guys, Wondering if anyone here had had any experience with selling homes for redevelopment.

We currently own two houses in a set of three terrace homes in the centre of a town, on our left a pub, Waitrose and the public Library, or the right 3 more shops with flats above them, In front a big brick wall contains a badly made 70s era shopping complex that is having its own plans made for its teardown and redevelopment.

The town, East Grinstead, has had a "SPD" document approved for the town centre, which basically means that certain areas have been approved for redevelopment. On the plans our set of houses is earmarked for redevelopment for commercial use primarily. The plans can be see here

East Grinstead Master Plan

We live in one house, and rent the other, the final house is owned by another couple who now also sell, so the option of selling as a complete set would be available.

Its a Market town, but has gotten a bit run down lately with the lack of investment, But we are of course looking to make as much profit out of the houses as possible, but to a reasonable level obviously. Since this is the southeast homes are inflated in price as it it, but the final aim would be to get enough money to buy another house with enough left over in the bank.

Any information you lovely people might have would be grand.
