I wanna sell my cottage (1768, ormthwaite, Horsemerchant Hnaef) with porch for 1.5p,
I'm selling 'cos I changed guild, and want a little place closer to the new guildhouse

price is negotiable... cos otherwise I'd just let the rent expire... which will be somewhere end feb / begin march
