Tried looking on the guild forums Vlad, theres a few ncie items posted there.

Zephyr items (Cloak and Necklace) are good for Power cap etc, they drop from centaur chiefs (attend guild raids for them )
Help me Farm Clops for the Sandles and Rings of the Calm are okay too (i use rog rings with +14% power tho)
farm ML9.3 for the gem of heavenly bodies and nelos for the Staff of Heavenly bodies (both have 8% power and 8 power cap)

There are a few items in Catacombs that you can get easily that give +power and +powercap on the same item. (Gloves, cloak and hat, if I remember correctly.)

Other items that are worth considering are Lachlan's Book of Power (+10% Power/+5% Powercap), Thunderous Soothsayer Rings (+6% Power/+6% Powercap), and Cursed Zahur's Bracers (+7% Power/Powercap), though I do not know if those drop in Albion.

Also, check out the CMs for RoGs. The best items are RoGs - I have some very nice RoGs on my Summoning (Farm) SM. She has a total of +89% Power and +55% Powercap. (I overcap as far as I can, so I can swap out items when I find something more useful than I already have.)

The only item that seems to be hard to get in Mid is cloth vests with any decent amount of Power and Powercap. Second most rare is rings.
