Secret Orders Quest

Noticed a lvl41 quest on warcry called Secret Orders. Is this in our version, tried to browse through patch history but Mythic never gives any detailed quest information in their updates.

Is this in 1.45 or will we get it later? (maybe someone knows what patch we do get it)

In the early levels I thought that Albion had so many cool quests that are way better then the ones I ever got in Hibernia. Rightnow it looks like it's going in the same direction.

Are there any quests after lvl40 in 1.45?

Mythic have acknowledged the general lack of high level quests. There are a few OTDs, but I can't recall any quests worth bothering with.
