Secret Orders Quest...where did they move the Necro to?

Got this quest for Lexxie, figured would snag a decent bracer and some exp. Only problem is, I have been out to where the guy is supposed to spawn by the Barrows 3 times now and he's not there. Other people I have talked to have also had trouble lately finding him.

Keep in mind, I did this quest before with Kyra so I remember he was rather easy to find back then. So my question is this... where is he now? Does he even spawn??

If anyone knows, please let me know.

I think he spawns at the same place (finished the quest ~ 1 month ago), but had to wait ~1 ingame day at the spot.

aye, took hours to pop when i did it last....

I did the quest on friday he does spawn near the barrows, you just have to wait for him.

Lot's of named mobs popping EXTREMLY slowly since last patch sadly. Have reported it to GOA and they said nothing is wrong. TK can take up to a max of 6 hours to pop now days, before 1.62 the max was 3 hours.

I did this quest last week.

I waited around for ages for him to pop

(Now, this may just be a coincidence)

I zoned in and out of barrows and he was there waiting for me...

yer that spawn was a Pain .. i found him wandering the trench round the barrows @ around 3o'clock ingame time
