Depends on the model, the ones with the larger fans will often be fairly quiet.

I've had a 550W W-11 (iirc) in the past and it never struck me as being noisy (or quiet).

Seasonic is usually very quiet compared to other PSUs. I have a Corsair 550VX (made by seasonic) and if I don't stress it too much (which happens very rarely) it's dead silent. Check out this article, it has some good suggestions.
