Open the hatch outside the new pilot's quaters and there is a quivering black blob called a "sea goat" within the wires just floating around.

You can talk to it and a bunch of options come up, if you select the options

1 3 2 3

in that order (spam, spam, spam and something else)
it proclaims "Licoln is pleased!" and then disspears.

Anyone shed any light on what this thing does?
