one more question, I already have a 64mb pc100 DIMM already. I want to go to 128mb so would this still work with another 64mb pc133 DIMM in the other port?

Should do... altho it may not all run @ 133MHz if you choose the RAM or FSB+RAM to run at said speed as the PC100 is... erm... PC100 
As a sidenote, got 128 megs PC133 for 40 quid 2day from PC fair for a m8s machine.
