scrolls ?

umm well i dont have toa and probably wont be getting it. i was just wondering what do you do with scrolls that i can buy from other peeps? do i have to hand them in at a toa zone ? or just use the scroll and, poof! the item appears ?

those w/o TOA wont be able to use artifacts cause u have to be there and kill the mob that drops the artifact. And to answer ur question u need the Artifact then 3 scrolls then u have to turn the artifact and the scrolls to NPC´s in the TOA zone

the items are tradable but once the artifact is enabled by the NPC then it is untradable.

you kill a high lvl named mob>get a artifact>kill lower mobs to get 3scrolls.
when u found the 3right scrolls u go to toa city and get the artifact activated.
scrolls and unactivated artifacts can be traded to ppl who have killed the named who drops the item(got the "encouter quest")
