Is it a melee or sniper template?. You've got decent melee toa bonuses but with 18 odd thrust it won't make much difference

Pretty nice, dex is way overcapped obviously, without seeing the items theres no way us critics can look over what you could change . Just be warey of your energy, penalty with wearing studded, spirit could do with being increased as well if possible.
